Starbucks has innovated their offering to the voice of their customer: http://mystarbucksidea.force.com/ideaHome Innovation to the voice of the customer. Give the customer what they want, when they want it, how they want it- you win their business over and over. 

I have a number of other ROI stories to share, but because of NDA&#039;s I cant share  company names, but  can share stories that show real ROI.</description>

		<description>Good article, except for one thing.  Metrics.  I read and hear a lot about the power of social networking, but rarely see a business post some hard data about how it increased their sales.  We are a service orientated business, but I remain skeptical that the time spent will have a postive ROI.</description>
