Podcasts and Videocasts – Who Should Use Them and Why

I wanted to briefly touch on this topic, which I’ll come back to in-depth a little later on. Podcasts and Videocasts can be major boons to any company, large or small. They are especially effective for larger companies with many satellite offices who have to communicate with their employess (and have their emplyess communicate with eachother), often from thousands of miles away.

The same can be said for smaller companies with people in different offices and states. Company meetings, presentations, events, worskshops – all of these elements are greatly facilitated through the use of Podcasts and Videocasts.

Thus, Videocasting and Podcasting should absolutely be a part of any social media marketing campaign you’re considering. Highly effective and worth the time to work out, they are tools that can be put to great use and benefit any company, large or small, which decides to make use of them.
