The goal is to build your brand and Authority over time to create a more lasting presence online and a more dedicated following (or customer base).

Often, people will recommend you to their friends because they like you, whether or not you actually have a better product/service/idea/site/etc than your competitors.

3) You have a Social Media strategy lined out, in your head, or on paper. You know what you’re going to do, when you’re going to do it, why you’re going to do it and how all of it will come together. You have looked at the big picture.
