I agree, but when you&#039;re dealing with clients (by the way, they all want their stuff to be delivered yesterday) its tough to keep the balance between your developer&#039;s capacities and your client&#039;s expectations. I think the most difficult part is to freeze the project scope and to handle the continuous change requests and &#039;slight&#039; modification demands from external customers.

some time ago for different niches; it took very long to plan even the minor
